I’m Ginger Lou, a Southern California mixed media artist, jewelry designer, photographer, videographer, and creative media storyteller inspired by the beauty of nature, coastal life, music, culture, and human connection. My artistic work spans intuitive mixed media collage, one-of-a-kind jewelry, wearable art, photography, and visual storytelling rooted in the spirit of the California coast. Many of my handmade creations incorporate organic textures, ocean-inspired elements, ancient abalone fragments, florals, and layers of memory and place — each piece created as a unique work of art. In addition to my art practice, I also work with Presence Media in Los Angeles covering live events, arts and culture, photography, interviews, festivals, social media storytelling, and creative community experiences throughout Southern California. My work bridges art, journalism, media, and immersive storytelling — documenting everything from music festivals and gallery openings to museum events, live performances, community gatherings, and creative spaces. Whether through jewelry, mixed media art, photography, interviews, video, or event coverage, my goal is to capture moments of beauty, emotion, atmosphere, and connection while celebrating creativity in all its forms.
